Grey's anatomy won a golden globe award for best drama!! Woohooo. A well deserved award i must say!:D
And some hot goss about the cast of grey's: Patrick Dempsey (Mcdreamy) and Ellen Pompeo ( Meredith Grey) actually admitted that they both liked one another! In real life! hahah. But Patrick's married!! hmmm wait, doesnt this love triangle concept sound a tad familiar??! This bears too much resemblance to the fictional one in grey's! hahah. With poor ellen assuming the role of the 'dirty mistress' once again! heh. Not sure whether this is the latest news though. Just came back from dental appointment and was reading this tabloid while waiting, which was november '06 issue i think. Fairly recent.
haha oh yeah..must be careful of what i blog about, taking into account the recent controversies over bloggers and the content in their blogs. Just a clarification, the mag didnt actually say they liked one another, but quoted ellen admitting to having a crush on patrick, and patrick echoing her sentiments. Whether it was said in jest, i don't know. yeap. just to be specific.:P
My dentist sounded alot more promising today when he said i could FINALLY remove my braces next session! yeah so what if he's said that before? This time is different i say! His tone wasnt the usual must-sound-optimistic-about-patient's-progress-reguardless-of-whether-its-really-the-truth-or-not way. He said it with more certainty and promise this time!:):) Or so i'd like to think anyway.haha. i want nice straight braces-less teeth already!

arghh. i feel frickin fat. (Alliteration!) Carbo loaded for dinner and had mocha ice blended after that. With whipped cream what's more, since i forgot to tell ian to order without it. Sinful! i feel the phospholipids and triglycerides accumulating in my adipose tissues. (aha i still remember some bio!)
Had some really good thai food at lemongrass with tony, and i think i ended up eating more than him! We were sharing two dishes so i ended up eating most of mine AND some of his! And mine had more carbs! i refuse to think of how many calories ive ingested. Also, the thing is, you only realise how full you are 10 minutes after youve eaten. Hence you'll be eating continuosly thinking youre not that full yet, when moments later after you've stopped, you realise that you've overeaten and you end up feeling extremely full. Ok that sentence makes me sound like such a pig. And no im not weight obsessed. Just health conscious.
Hooked up with ian and bailing after that. shivas just touched down from india today so she couldnt join us:(( Man its been awhile since our rating and photowhoring days. The two of 'em are still as idiosyncratic as ever. i agree with tony, i miss ac!
Bumped into quite a number of ntu pple today..Sop, Ling, Waisan, Howard and Charlotte!This is what studying in ntu does to you. You only come to town in the weekends!
Went to give tuition at touch young arrows today as well for the second time. Now, you know that im so NOT a kids person. But they're kinda endearing after awhile..how they run around chasing after you, making fun of your name, calling you aunty and making you feel ten years older. yeahh..haha. Oh and pri school kids still learn english from Pets textbooks! And trace alphabets in their Pets workbook!.hahaha.i thank God for this opportunity, albeit being out of my comfort zone. i know he's teaching me to have a spirit of servanthood through his love:)
aiight, im gonna try to wake up early tomm to work off the newly acquired lipids.
